TeamFlow is a comprehensive project management platform built for software development and service delivery teams. It supports three project modes: Simple, Software, and Service Delivery. The platform features a configurable workflow engine, a 9-stage SDLC epic board, and advanced backlog and sprint management with story points and time tracking. Key capabilities include a delivery hierarchy (initiatives > epics > scope items > tasks), cross-functional handoffs with readiness checklists, release management with go/no-go workflows, and rule-based automation with 24 integration endpoints. It offers in-app notifications, email digests, Telegram integration, full-screen project settings, and multi-tenant workspace administration. Built with a modern stack including Next.js 15, NestJS, PostgreSQL (encrypted at rest), Redis, and MinIO.
